Delivery

At Kadam we know our customers want their items as fast as possible, therefore we post all our items as standard via Recorded delivery (unless specified otherwise).

If you would like your item the next day (if ordered before 3pm) then you can select Special Delivery for an additional charge (calculated at checkout).

All items will be posted within 2 working days once the order is confirmed. Delivery will usually take 3-7 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.

Please Note:
You will need to wait 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost, missing or delayed items.  This can be done by logging onto www.royalmail.com and putting your reference number in.

If items are returned to us as undelivered, and we have sent the parcel to the correct address, you will be liable for the delivery charges.

International Delivery
Please note international delivery can take up to 21 days.
