Exchange and Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us at info@kadamshoes.com.  We will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange for any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it.  Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.

Please note:
• Your card will be refunded once we have received and processed the item.  Please wait 5-7 working days for your refund to reach your payment provider.
• Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or because of faulty goods.
• A refund or exchange will not be made on any opened items, unless it is faulty, and confirmed by us at our discretion.

Exchange
If you would like an exchange please returne the item(s) for an exchange with additional delivery charges which you can calculate using the website by selecting the products you wish to exchange them for by going to checkout to view delivery charges.  You can either send a postal order for the amount due (additional delivery and any additional amount required for payment of new items) or you can send us an email authorizing us to accept payment from your initial payment card.
Any payment due from ourselves for an exchange will be refunded back to your payment card within 5-7 working days, of receiving you returned product.


Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a refund within 14 days after your purchase. However, £5 or 10% of the total initial order amount (whichever is greater) will be deducted for admin charges. Simply send the item back to us in its original condition and the packaging you received the item in, informing us whether you require a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.
Please note, any items that are returned to us will not be refunded any delivery charges, irrespective of number of items sent back, the total delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

Jewellery
Please note due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund jewellery under any circumstances.

Faulty Goods
If you find the merchandise to be faulty, within 7 days of purchase, you may return it to us for replacement. Please contact Kadam within 7 days of receiving the item, if you find that your merchandise is faulty. You can contact us by email: info@kadamshoes.com
Please note that we have taken great care to ensure the goods are of the highest quality and durable for the purpose. However the goods will not be considered faulty or damaged through inappropriate use.
